A CardQ is a customizable link or portal that creates new cards on a dashboard for a LinkUser(temporary user like a client or ad-hoc worker).

CardQ's can be used for a wide variety of workflows like Marketing Channels, Ticketing, Booking and Service Desk requests.

All the elements and response messages are modifiable.

There are also other parameters that manage the availability and functionality of the CardQ

  • Enabled - The CardQ is available.
  • Single - Only a single request per email
  • FromDate - Active from this day
  • ToDate - Active until this day
  • Count - Only create this many requests.
  • OverBook - Book this many more service request and notify on availability.

With variations of these parameters you can create a variety of In bound service requests.


PocketBar

In this demo a LinkUser, the customer, places an order on a virtual bar, where the users in the BarMan and Waiter roles process the orders.

There are 4 roles in this workflow

  • Customer - use a link to place orders on a virtual bar
  • BarMan - Prepare the orders
  • Waiter - Serve the drinks when they are ready.
  • Manager - oversees the process.

The process comprises of the following steps.

Order - Placed - Delayed - Ready - Served - Done

Ticket Q

Is this demo Customers create service requests that are reviewed, scheduled and routed to the correct department Sales - Repairs - Spares.

This could be used to queue or route walk-in customers. If they can't be serviced immediately they don't have to stand in the queue.
